Who is the Taoiseach?

No, not politics, but history. I’ve been reading the Dail debates for the first few years of UNIFIL, from 1978 to 1982. Unfortunately, in the debates, the Taoiseach of the day is not referred to by name so I have to go off and check to see when Charlie replaced Jack. This is inconsistent, since when a minister is speaking, the speech starts ‘The Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr O’Kennedy)..’. Anyway, its 8:15 and I’ve nearly 1,000 words done since I got up so it’s time to do make tea and do some creative slacking.
